This is a fantastic opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a diverse Quantity Surveying position within a company working on high quality premium developments.

In this Quantity Surveyor role you will work in Poole in the experienced Commercial department. In this role you will oversee the cost control of residential development, conducting Bill of quantities, take offs and monthly valuations through to final accounts. You will also be required to conduct regular site visits.

The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience, working on residential projects, who is looking to join a residential housebuilder with a strong growth plan and progression opportunities.
