With a small finance team on site you will work closely with the Financial Controller and be responsible for providing accurate financial reports to heads of departments around the globe.
This position involves overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing a team of accountants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, SAP experience and excellent leadership skills.
Accounting Supervision:
- Oversee accounting for entities within scope.
- Coordinate monthly reporting and monitor accounting information.
- Implement process improvements and cost reduction measures.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting and reporting standards.

- Organise tasks of external service providers.
Team Management:
- Prepare action plans and coordinate team missions.
- Propose and manage annual operating budgets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and develop team skills.
- Ensure a positive working environment and team motivation.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Supervise production of mandatory reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection rules.
