In this pivotal role, you’ll have the autonomy to define the direction of our marketing efforts, lead a motivated team, and bring innovative, results-driven ideas to life. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, email, and traditional platforms, ensuring that our brands are positioned effectively in the marketplace.
As our Marketing Manager, you will act as both a strategic visionary and a hands-on leader. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of all campaigns including responsibility for the creation and approval of campaign content. You’ll mentor a talented team of marketing professionals, driving results across a wide range of channels and provide sales support including the documenting of business processes and proposition.

- Proven senior marketing experience with expertise in both digital and traditional strategies.
- A strategic, forward-thinking mindset with a knack for delivering creative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to ensure we are maximising relationships with external publications, trade bodies and associations through budget responsibility and planning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive success.
- The ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt quickly to business needs.
- Insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
