What You'll Be Doing:

Selling & Cross-Selling - Introduce customers to essential utility services and win new business.
Inbound & Outbound Calls - Engage potential customers and convert interest into sales.
Closing Deals = More Commission - The harder you work, the more you earn!
Using CRM (Salesforce) - Track and manage your sales pipeline like a pro.
Overcoming Objections - Listen, adapt, and turn 'no' into 'yes.'
Managing Your Pipeline - Prioritise leads to maximise productivity and earnings.

What We're Looking For:

1+ Year of Proven Sales Experience - You've hit targets before, and you'll do it again.
Confidence & Charisma - Engaging with customers and business owners daily.
Resilient & Target-Driven - You love competition and never take 'no' as the final answer.
Organised & Self-Motivated - You own your workload and stay focused.
Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using CRM systems & Microsoft Office.
