Hybrid Role: 3 Days from Home After Training
Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No Weekends!

What You'll Do:

• Sell & Cross-Sell: Introduce essential utility services to new customers and bring in fresh business.
• Engage in Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls with the goal of converting leads into sales.
• Close the Deal: The more sales you close, the more you earn-simple as that!
• CRM Mastery: Manage your sales pipeline like a pro using our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Tackle Objections: Master the art of overcoming objections and turning "no" into "yes."
• Own Your Pipeline: Prioritise leads to maximise your earning potential and stay organised.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Sales Success: At least 1 year of experience smashing sales targets.
• Confident & Charismatic: You're a natural when it comes to engaging with customers and building rapport.
• Resilient & Competitive: You thrive under pressure and love the satisfaction of closing deals.
• Self-Starter & Organised: You're proactive, driven, and always on top of your tasks.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Bonus: Experience in utilities or telecoms? That's a plus!
