HR Generalist

Initial 12-Month Contract (likely to be ongoing for the right person)
£15.20 p/h PAYE (Umbrella rates also available)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced HR partners, including a communications specialist, management team and a student placement
- Assist employees with a variety of queries
- Embrace a role where no two days are the same—supporting leadership, engaging with external businesses and tackling diverse projects
- Provide HR functional support
Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge of employee management practices
- 1–2 years of HR experience (CIPD qualification required)
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Office 365
- CIPD qualified or actively working toward the certification
- Ability to work proactively, manage time effectively and prioritize workload while being a strong team player
