HR Generalist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside experienced HR partners, including a communications specialist, management team and a student placement
  • Assist employees with a variety of queries
  • Embrace a role where no two days are the same—supporting leadership, engaging with external businesses and tackling diverse projects
  • Provide HR functional support

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of employee management practices
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (CIPD qualification required)
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Office 365
  • CIPD qualified or actively working toward the certification
  • Ability to work proactively, manage time effectively and prioritize workload while being a strong team player
