MTrec is recruiting for a respected manufacturing company in the Peterlee area.
The position requires proactive individuals with previous manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities include general duties such as quality inspection, machine operating, and hand assembly on a fast-paced production line.
The pay rates are £12.44 per hour for day shifts, £14.92 for back shifts, and £16.68 for night shifts.
Candidates must be flexible with shift work and overtime, and the role offers long-term employment with opportunities for progression.

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Peterlee area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position.

The role would see you carrying out general duties; including basic Quality Inspection, Machine Operating, and Hand Assembly.

The Role

Working on a fast paced production line
Reading and following engineering drawings
Loading the machines with raw material
Safely use a variety of machinery to manufacture the product
Manually transporting and moving products within the production area
Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required

The Person

Candidate must have previous manufacturing experience, specifically within the automotive industry would be advantageous
Flexible to work multiple shifts and work over time if required

Days: £12.44 per hour
Backs: £14.92 per hour
