At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a leading wholesaler in the PeterLee area.Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience Holidays: 24 days + birthday & bank holidays Location: PeterLeeBenefits: Quarterly bonus scheme - enhanced benefits package

Main Responsibilities to include:Relationship Management

  1. Assist in the development and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
  2. Assist National account managers in identify sales opportunities and potential areas for growth within existing accounts.

Support for National Account Managers

  1. Provide administrative support to national account managers, assisting them in managing their accounts effectively.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and solutions for key accounts.
  3. Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports to key accounts to showcase company products and services.

Customer Service

  1. Provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.
  2. Monitor sales and analyse market trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Marketing and Promotional Activities

  1. Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities for key accounts.
  2. Manage the CRM system for the sales organisation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  2. Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to key accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus.
