Management Accountant

CMA are pleased to be partnering with a growing chain of restaurants, who are looking for a Company Accountant on a temp to perm basis They currently own 5 restaurants across London and Hampshire and are in the process of acquiring 2 further sites.  The role will report into the Finance Director and be responsible for the month-end and management accounting processes for their various sites.  The role is offered on a part-time basis of 3 or 4 days per week. What will the Management Accountant role involve?

• Overseeing the purchase ledger and sales ledger function. 
• Cashflow monitoring. 
• Financial analysis and providing reports for the Finance Director. 
• Budgeting and forecasting. 
• Process improvement on an ongoing basis. 
• Preparing payroll for outsourced payroll company. 
• Adhoc duties as required as the company continues to grow. 

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

• Relevant accounting qualification or qualified by experience. 
• Hospitality experience would be advantageous but not essential. 
• Strong systems skills including Excel.
