CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with a fast-growing business, based in Petersfield.  An Assistant Management Accountant is being recruited into a newly created role and the successful candidate will join a dedicated team, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.  Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support the month-end management reporting, along with mentoring the junior finance team.

What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?

  • Month-end accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and fixed assets.
  • Revenue and variance analysis.
  • Payroll processing for the US and UK, including pension submissions.
  • Support the transactional finance, including sales and purchase ledger and credit card reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:

  • Excellent communication skills, with an enthusiastic, driven approach.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • Flexible approach, happy to support where necessary to ensure deadlines are achieved.
