Finance Assistant

CMA Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a dynamic, rapidly expanding service business, based on the outskirts of Petersfield. A Finance Trainee is being recruited to join their thriving team and kickstart a rewarding career in accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance while receiving exceptional training and support (both internally and via day release for AAT at college). Whether you’re a recent graduate, school leaver, or looking to transition into finance, this role will provide you with the skills to succeed in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

What will the Finance Trainee role involve?

•    Processing purchase ledger invoices, reconciling statements, and supporting the payments.
•    Sales ledger processing and maintenance of the debt ledger.
•    Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts in multicurrencies.
•    Credit card reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Trainee vacancy:

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in your career in finance.
•    A good eye for detail and for streamlining processes.
•    Possessing a good level of Excel is highly desirable for this position.
•    You must be based in the local area.
