My client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bordon. This full-time, office-based position is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and ready to contribute to our administrative operations. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a structured work week from Monday to Friday.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and organise office documentation, from data entry to filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, managing office correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Provide clerical support to staff and manage office supplies inventory.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
