Senior Technician – Floor and Fire Restoration
Petersfield, GU32 3QA – covering the South of the UK
- Full time, permanent
- £31,000 - £39,000 per annum depending on experience
- Full UK driving licence is essential for this role

The Role
As our Senior Technician, you’ll lead fire and flood restoration projects, from initial assessments to completion. Collaborating with insurance adjusters and clients, you’ll deliver top-quality solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fire and flood restoration projects
- Collaborate with insurance professionals
- Lead and train a team of technicians
- Conduct assessments and develop work plans for claims
- Perform damage mitigation using the latest techniques
- Carry out moisture surveys and drying operations
- Ensure accurate, timely paperwork

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a driven and experienced professional who is hands-on, detail-orientated, and passionate about restoration. You should have:
- Proven experience as a senior technician within the flood and fire restoration sector
- A full UK driving license
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- BDMA/Dewpoint qualifications (preferred)
- Ability to pass a DBS/security check
