Vacancy: SALES MANAGER
Location: Petersfield, GU32
Salary: OTE: £70k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated seniorproperty salesperson within a busy Estate Agency office.
We need an experienced Sales Manager who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency with offices in the Petersfield area.
Previous experience in residential property sales and listing is essential and some experience in managing a team would be advantageous (but not essential).
You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiating skills.

The Company: Our client is an established, privately owned, independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Petersfield area.
Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:
- Previous residential Estate Agency experience
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- Listing and valuation experience
- Experience of managing a team advantageous
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Petersfield area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
