Your Company:A construction business is seeking a Site Project Manager in Petersfield to lead and manage several luxurious projects across the South Coast. This business has built in excess of a decade of experience and strength behind them, offering services across commercial and residential properties, covering multiple counties within the South Coast area. The position holder will be a central force within the business, leading the execution of their important, high-end projects to ensure customer satisfaction, whilst managing teams, subcontractors and other third parties.Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
Coordinating any subcontractors required, managing their expectations and commitment
Making sure that all projects are completed to the highest standard, keeping quality as a top priority
Ensuring that health and safety processes, procedures, rules and compliance are maintained at all times on-site
Communicating with various parties, including the clients, architects and the project teams to ensure a seamless project execution
Monitoring the progress of each project, ensuring that any on-site challenges are resolved in a timely and sensitive manner

What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have very strong experience working as a site manager within the high-end residential construction sector specifically. It is paramount, that applicants have a sound knowledge of UK building regulations as well as health and safety standards and can implement these across project work. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital for this role, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
