Your Company:A construction business is seeking a Site Project Manager in Petersfield to lead and manage several luxurious projects across the South Coast. This business has built in excess of a decade of experience and strength behind them, offering services across commercial and residential properties, covering multiple counties within the South Coast area. The position holder will be a central force within the business, leading the execution of their important, high-end projects to ensure customer satisfaction, whilst managing teams, subcontractors and other third parties.Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Coordinating any subcontractors required, managing their expectations and commitment
  • Making sure that all projects are completed to the highest standard, keeping quality as a top priority
  • Ensuring that health and safety processes, procedures, rules and compliance are maintained at all times on-site
  • Communicating with various parties, including the clients, architects and the project teams to ensure a seamless project execution
  • Monitoring the progress of each project, ensuring that any on-site challenges are resolved in a timely and sensitive manner
What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have very strong experience working as a site manager within the high-end residential construction sector specifically. It is paramount, that applicants have a sound knowledge of UK building regulations as well as health and safety standards and can implement these across project work.
