Experience: we are looking for candidates with the below experience
路 Leadership or team management experience.
路 Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
路 Previous roles such as Team Leader, Cell Leader, Line Leader, etc.
Competitive Pay: Up to 拢15.52 per hour dependant on experience.
Nights: 11 pm - 7 am
路 Full Time: Work full-time 5 days a week

Your Duties:
路 Lead a small team of operatives to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met
路 Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
路 Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issues
路 Ensuring quality standards are adhered to.
路 Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
路 To work within clearly defined KPIs
