- Answering client queries via phone and email.
- Updating and maintaining the back office database system.
- Completing appropriate meeting preparation and booking into Advisors diaries.
- Actioning meeting notes provided by the adviser.
- Process new business applications and business submissions.
- Support the advisers on client servicing activities.
- Preparation and follow up on regular client reviews.
- Previous experience in the financial Services industry
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

- Computer literate
