Estimator
I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor who specialise in prime residential and commercial projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as this company offer a great progression path!
Role and responsibilities:
- Working as part of the pre-construction team
- Reporting into the Estimating Manager
- Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
- Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Experience on Prime residential or ultra-residential projects
- Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to 70,000
- Company car or car allowance
