Job Title: Private Client Solicitor  Type: Full-time or Part-time  Location: PetersfieldSalary: Negotiable, dependent on salaryJob Ref: 36726Overview:Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated private client solicitor to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and the ability to deliver a comprehensive range of private client services.Responsibilities:- Will Drafting: Provide expert advice and drafting services for clients, ensuring their wishes are accurately and effectively documented.- Probate and Estate Administration: Manage the administration of estates, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, and ensuring smooth estate settlement.- Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts: Advise clients on inheritance tax matters, helping to develop effective strategies to minimise liabilities and manage trusts.- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Work: Assist clients in setting up lasting powers of attorney and handle matters related to the Court of Protection.- Contentious Probate: Although not essential, experience in contentious probate is desirable.
