Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal ExecutiveAn opportunity has arisen for a 2+ year experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX to work for a growing law firm based in the Petersfield area, Hampshire. This is a key role where my client is an established, highly respected law firm and is looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy department.You will have the ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 2+ years’ experience and be responsible for managing your own caseload and helping develop the department.
