Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor patients' conditions, documenting changes accurately.
- Administer vaccinations and injections as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid nursing qualifications and current registration with the relevant nursing body.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient needs.
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
