This role will provide a support function to the Office Manager and the day to day running of the office and other ad-hoc functions.

Main duties

  • Answering the main phone line into the office and dealing with the calls in a timely manner.
  • Meeting visitors and taking in deliveries.
  • Maintaining soft facilities such as cleaning contracts, first aiders, fire wardens, ensuring relevant paperwork and certificates.
  • Book all shipping requests UK/Overseas.
  • Assist with Marketing material mail outs in absence of team members.
  • Carrying out completion of product sample requests and liaising with the Sales and Operations team to process the requests and notify the appropriate representative and update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • File and log all legal agreements.
  • Order office stationery and make sure best value for money is always obtained.
  • Work effectively with all team members to ensure goals are consistently met and assist in day-to-day support where required.

Skills

  • Good administration experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner and happy dealing with people.
  • Can do and proactive approach to work.
  • A good working knowledge of MS office including Excel.
  • Due to the location, a driver with own car would be ideal, unless live in Petersfield.

Hours

  • Working hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday but can offer flexibility when required.
