Stores Operative Package Overview:

· Rate of Pay: £11.44(£12.21 from April 6th) rising to £14.09 Per Hour once fully trained

· Immediate Start Available

· 12 Week Temp to Perm

· Hours of Work: 0700 – 1645

· Availability Required: Monday – Friday

Get Staff are an independent agency in the heart of Portsmouth who specialise in offering temporary recruitment services to clients across the UK within the Driving, M&E & Engineering sectors. We are on the lookout for a Stock Controller / Customer Service to join our team, to work on behalf of our client based in Petersfield.

This is an exciting time to join us and the right candidate will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running.

Previous experience is preferred although not essential. On the job training will be provided.

Stores Operative Role and Responsibilities:

· The main inspecting condemned and rejected linen, documenting on the computer

· Labelling the work, using a heat sealer.

· Speaking and emailing customers.

· Working in the office to cover holiday, again dealing with customers, dealing with confidential accounts.

· Will be involved in stock takes

· Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered

· Carry out effective communications

· Ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Stores Operative Skills and Experience:

· A Full UK Driving Licence would be an advantage

· A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities

· A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must

· Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
