A successful & leading independent estate agent in Petersfield is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join an established and friendly team.

The ideal candidate must already have a successful record behind them in the property industry, with a natural ability to generate new business, build chains, skilfully handle and negotiate complex offers and have a can-do attitude when supporting the branch manager and other team members.

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Market Appraisal generation both present and historical
  • Viewing generation & attending
  • Conducting overflow valuations & winning business
  • Handling negotiations
  • Canvassing
  • Emphatic and Productive Client Care
  • Timely Viewing Feedback
  • Sales Progression
  • Assisting with internal & external advertising

A basic salary in the region of £25,000 is offered with an OTE £40,000. A five day working week Monday to Friday is required, with Saturdays on rota with a day off in lieu.

Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
