A highly successful Independent Lettings company is looking for a high calibre Lettings professional to join their business as their Head of Lettings. They are an ambitious Lettings Agency and are looking for someone with the skills and vision to move their business forward.
This is a multi-branch role, managing the lettings operation across multiple locations.
The role is to take overall responsibility for the Lettings business overseeing both the Lettings Negotiator & Property Management teams. It will also be to develop new business for the company and grow this side of the business.

This is an ambitious business looking to grow rapidly over the coming years. Whilst the owner works in the business, he’s looking for someone to run the business as if it was their own….. no micromanagement and autonomy to manage the entire letting team.
