The Role

Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
Running cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
Drafting and reviewing contracts, carrying out searches, and ensuring compliance
Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships
