Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handling general office inquiries and providing administrative support.
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving them satisfactorily.

To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications and databases.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Cheerful and positive demeanour in all interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good geographic knowledge of the UK will be advantageous.
