Personal specification:
ā¢ At least 3 yearsā experience within residential salesā¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenā¢ First-class customer service skillsā¢ IT literateā¢ Display high standards of service and presentationā¢ Local area knowledgeā¢ Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to Ā£25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of Ā£35,000 to Ā£45,000 dependent on experience and performance. The company will also provide a car allowance, 22 days annual leave (increases with years of service) and time off over the Christmas period.
You will be working a 5 day week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm. You will receive a full day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
