As an EHS Lead, you'll develop and implement EHS strategies to ensure safety and environmental compliance across the manufacturing site. You'll lead site risk management, drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, and manage KPI tracking to ensure continuous improvement. Your role will also involve promoting a positive safety culture through training, accident investigation, and root cause analysis, while ensuring adherence to environmental permits and engaging with regulatory agencies.

What We're Looking For

  • NEBOSH Level 6 diploma or similar qualification (CMIOSH or working towards it preferred).
  • Proven experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • A solid background in risk management, EHS strategy development, and project management.
  • A proactive, communicative leader who can engage teams and influence safety culture.
