Are you looking to start a career as a Grounds Person and train in the maintenance and preparation of high-quality cricket wickets, artificial net and match facilities as well as our beautiful golf course? Â We have a fantastic opportunity to join our multi-skilled Estates Grounds team in a vibrant school environment utilising your skills and developing them to build a career, across our beautiful estate in Lavington Park near Petworth, West Sussex.

You will be involved development of the golf course, rugby pitches and all other fine turf sports facilities, using appropriate tools, equipment, and machinery. You will carry out maintenance on a variety of different landscapes and buildings and learn to maintain paths, roads and drainage ditches among other things. You will work on horticulture, and maintain the estate's trees, and woodland.
