Job Description

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for growth and innovation? We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the expansion of our business. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and industry opportunities.
  • Present and pitch products/services to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and progress toward objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong ability to identify growth opportunities and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Full driving license with a maximum of 6 points

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive Basic Salary of £22,000
  • Bonus £45k OTE or more based on selling 120 units
