The company:

An award winning regional residential developer.

The project:

A traditional build development of 36x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.

The role:

Reporting into a Site Manager you will play a key role in the delivery of this scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Management of the master build programme
  • Weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Progress reporting to the Site Manager on a weekly basis
  • Ensure key milestones are achieved in line with the build programme
  • Management and coordination of subcontractors (internal and external)
  • Health & Safety including site inductions, subcontractor RAMS and site inspections
  • Responsible for quality control, ensuring all units are completed to the required standard prior to NHBC inspection

About you:

  • You will have gained circa 2+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer
  • Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
  • Excellent eye for detail with a focus on quality
  • Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
