We are recruiting a team for Rhys who is going to be moving into his own home in Pevensey, East Sussex. Rhys is a young man who needs a team of people who will open up his opportunities and support him to experience new things.

- Rhys would like someone to help promote an active lifestyle.
- Rhys likes to surf.
- Rhys likes going to Camber Sands.
- Rhys loves being by the sea and likes to go swimming.
Rhys is looking for someone to be able to
- Help to structure his day and maintain a helpful routine of activities.
- Help with problem solving.
- Someone to talk to and to help him manage his emotional difficulties and to use appropriate coping skills.
- Help with budgeting & money management
- Help to maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle
- Support with managing professional & social appointments.
- Help to manage family contact and relationships.
- Help to repair paid and unpaid relationships if there have been difficulties within these.
- Holding of all medication (regular and PRN) and provision of these at the appropriate times.
- Support to develop independent living skills, including to independently access the community.

- Be able to bring experience of supporting adults with a diagnosis of anxiety
- Be willing to work through tough times and stand by Rhys.
- Be able to support Rhys to make his own choices and learn new skills

- Full clean drivers licence required for this role
