What You'll Do as a Community Worker:
- Deliver personalised support to clients in their own homes.
- Manage challenging behaviours with patience, understanding, and tailored strategies.
- Promote independence and enhance the well-being of individuals with complex needs.
- Provide assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and care aligned with individual care plans.

What We Need From You:
- A passion for supporting clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
- Over 18 with excellent communication and a caring attitude.
