Finance and Administration Assistant

Part Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 25 hours per week)

CMD Recruitment are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to support our clients team, based on the outskirts of Devizes. As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching purchase orders with invoices and raising discrepancies
  • Posting Purchase Invoices to SAGE Accounting system
  • Reconciling monthly Credit Card statements
  • Processing Commission Payments
  • Filing invoices
  • Assisting with Bank Reconciliations
  • Monitoring the Accounts 'In Box'
  • Assisting with Finance Administration
  • Monitoring and updating staff training records
  • Undertaking additional duties as required by management
  • Ensuring completion of Return-to-Work questionnaires following leave and sickness
  • Handling stationery and small ad-hoc office purchases

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in accounts
  • Strong knowledge of SAGE software
  • Proactive, motivated approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
