Main purpose of the role/Key objectives

To be responsible for an assortment of electrical installations across site

Accountabilities

  • Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
  • Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
  • Comply with all Enlight10s ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Assist in the production of high-quality components
  • Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager

Key Skills

  • ECS Gold Card Requirement 2391 Testing Preferable
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced site environment
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Ability to promote a right first time approach to work
