CMD Recruitment are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to support our clients team, based on the outskirts of Devizes. As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Matching purchase orders with invoices and raising discrepancies
- Posting Purchase Invoices to SAGE Accounting system
- Reconciling monthly Credit Card statements
- Processing Commission Payments
- Filing invoices
- Assisting with Bank Reconciliations
- Monitoring the Accounts 'In Box'
- Assisting with Finance Administration
- Monitoring and updating staff training records
- Undertaking additional duties as required by management
- Ensuring completion of Return-to-Work questionnaires following leave and sickness
- Handling stationery and small ad-hoc office purchases
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts
- Strong knowledge of SAGE software
- Proactive, motivated approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
