We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & Design Assistant to support our marketing efforts and provide administrative assistance. This role is crucial for their team and would suit someone who has marketing skills combined with design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
Day-to-day of the role:- Social Media Management: Engage with customers and manage interactions on various social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing materials such as look books, offers, and brochures for events.
- Email Campaigns: Build and manage B2C email campaigns using HubSpot, overseeing campaign creation and execution.
- Press Releases: Contribute to the creation and distribution of press releases.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot for CRM purposes and list building.
- Events: Provide support with marketing collateral for events and assist with the organisation of event attendance.
- Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to company owners, including handling travel documentation, stock control, inventory management, and supporting photoshoots.
- Office Duties: Perform general office tasks and duties as needed.
- Passion for Marketing: A genuine interest in marketing combined with a creative mindset.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Canva, and MS Office is highly desirable.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot: Preferred but not essential.
- Dog-Friendly: Comfort with a puppy in the office is necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a small team and coordinate with external freelancers.
