Start Date: End of April 2025 | Duration: 9-10 Months
This 25m, 2-phase project has circa 12 months remaining. Phase 1, Structures (demolition, structural works etc.) finishes in c2 months, and Phase 2 Commercial Fit-Out, is 9m in value and will last for around 9 -10 months.
There is a requirement for a Design Manager to ensure the seamless integration between the structural works and fit-out, and see through to completion.
Wish List:
Design Manager who can go through the design and make sure the contractor can carry out the fit-out. Establish how the design works, get design in place etc. - so a good all-rounder.
Strong understanding of commercial projects and main contracting processes.
Proven experience as a Design Manager in main contracting (structural experience is not essential, however good design knowledge of the transition from structural to fit-out would be useful).
Ability to assess designs from a practical standpoint, ensuring feasibility within project constraints.
Proficiency in design management software and project management tools.
