Your new company
An established and successful manufacturing company is looking to add to their commercial and sales team. This is for a permanent job as a Customer Account Manager. The role is a full-time position based in Tamworth, working with a real people-orientated and supportive company.
Your new role
This exciting role focusses primarily on increasing sales and expanding the existing customer database, using your excellent customer skills to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from lead to customer. You will be looking after a selection of the priority high spending accounts as well as managing the sales inbox, key duties will include:

  • Customer account management
  • Maintain high levels of proactive communication with customers and wider business
  • Accurately manage the CRM database
  • Support the team in building the sales and lead pipeline
  • Able to demonstrate confidence in closing sales over the phone
  • Fulfil customer orders via phone, email and portal
  • Produce weekly, monthly, annual KPI reports as and when required.

The role is working in the office, with an 8:15 start and an early finish on Friday.
