Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Quality Engineer to join our client team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with HACCP principles, and a commitment to quality assurance, also should be familiar with various inspection techniques, have an in-depth understanding of technical drawings and our internal systems identifying issues, recommending solutions and have a great attention to detail.
The Production QualityEngineer will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance production capabilities and maintain high standards of product quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- 1st off inspection
- Batch inspection
- Final inspection
- Roaming inspection
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Improvement ideas
- Training
- Liaising with Engineer department regarding quality and improvement idea.
- Health & safety requirements within your role
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new production systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, including metrics related to efficiency, waste reduction, and quality control.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a production quality engineering role or similar environment is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in using engineering software tools for analysis and reporting.
Working Hours are Monday to Thursday - 7 am-5pm
