Factory Operative

Full Time: Monday to Friday

Opportunity: Temporary to Permanent

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining machines, ensuring production schedules are met, and adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Factory Operative Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines according to established procedures

Monitor the production process

Ensure product quality by conducting inspections and tests

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred
