The Best Connection are currently recruitingPart Time Production Operativesfor a well-established company based in Pickering that supply the Automotive Industry.

Duties of the role include:

The assembly of plastic car parts
Quality checking of products before they are passed to the next stage of the process
Operating press machines
Working in a very fast paced environment
Labelling and packing of parts
Ensuring you are always compliant with regards to Health & Safety procedures

The candidate:

Able to work shifts (eitherdays or nights, or both)
Reliable
Possess good English (Verbal & written) and be able to complete a literacy and numeracy test
Previous experience of Production/Machine Operating would be an advantage
Able to commit to long term work

Hours of work:

Have vacancies on following shifts:
Tue Night: 19.50pm - 08.00am and Thu Day: 07.50pm - 20.00pm
Candidates can work either one, or both, of the shifts above.
Ability to pick up additional shifts during week, or at weekend, to increase hours worked.

Pay Rates:

First 12 weeks 12.00 per hour basic rate
Overtimepaid at 16.80 per hour
After a qualifying period of 12 weeks basic rate increases to 12.50 per hour
