An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a long established and successful business that is growing rapidly and going from strength to strength! An experienced people manager is needed to help take the dedicated team to the next level. This full time office based role will offer a diverse and hands-on experience, offering you the chance to play a key role in the development and management of various business processes.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

At the heart of the business, you must be customer focused and rigorous with your attention to detail. You will empower the team, striving for excellence, adapting and setting up systems, championing quality and taking the lead in driving objectives and influencing change.

Rigorous attention to detail and streamlining of processes will be key to your success.

You will be a key part of the sales administration, preparation of timely documents and customer liaison to achieve your goals. Additional tasks include uploading images and script onto online platforms plus knowledge of paying invoices and collating data for accounts.

You'll also collaborate effectively to ensure staff development, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation. Overseeing daily office activities, managing risks, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and creating a friendly, professional office environment are all part of this exciting Office Manager role.

Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with parking available.
