We are seeking Production Operatives to join our client's team in Andover.
Key responsibilities include assembling equipment, ensuring quality standards, and resolving errors.
Previous experience in a machine, manufacturing, or workshop environment is beneficial.
The pay rate for this position is £11.44 per hour, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
This is a temporary to permanent role, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

We are currently looking for a number ofProduction Operativesto join our dynamic client in Andover.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operative:

- Assembling equipment
- Ensuring all assemblies meet the company's quality standards
- Reporting and resolving errors
- Cleaning and detailing to the quality standard
- Previous experience in machine, manufacturing or workshop environment beneficial

Working hours & Pay rate:

Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm Friday 7:00am-3:00 pm, Night shifts available after training

Please note that the role is temporary to permanent and can go permanent for the right candidate depending upon the quality of work.
