Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of lift systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Carry out modernizations and installations of lifts in accordance with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for all work performed.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Lift Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of lifts.
  • Sound knowledge of lift systems, components, and associated technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driving license (required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
