Sales Administrator, Pill/Ham Green, Bristol - £25k basic with quarterly bonus - OTE £28 - 30k 

Rapidly growing market leader in vehicle sales and leasing, are seeking a Sales Administrator to join them.  This is an exciting time to join, during this period of high growth, where there are succession plans in place and opportunities to grow and develop your career. 

Working Monday to Friday, flexibility to work either 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm. Please note, there are limited public transport routes to their offices, therefore you will need to be able to drive, or be on the X4 Bristol to Portishead bus route. 

The successful candidate needs to be proactive, comfortable getting on the phone and speaking to people, and eager to earn the attractive quarterly bonus! This is not a Sales role, the vehicles are sold via the sales team, however, the role of the Sales Administrator is to keep in contact with the customer and the dealership to keep on track of the process to ensure the vehicles are delivered as scheduled. 

Duties of the Sales Administrator include:

  • Processing Orders - Seeing through sales administration from start to finish
  • Processing and updating orders, customers and Sales Executives
  • Invoicing vehicles and managing payments
  • Raising finance documents
  • Working as part of a team – supporting, motivating and assisting colleagues
  • Working closely with the Sales Support Team

Skills required:

  • Strong communication/customer service skills
  • IT skills, experience in Microsoft packages
  • Experience using CRM would be advantageos
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to develop working relationships
  • Be able to work under pressure

Experience within the motor trade is not required however previous experience in an administration or customer service related role is desired.
