I am looking for a Head of Assets to join a social housing provider in Hertfordshire.The Head of Assets will be primarily responsible for Asset Investment programmes on repairs and Sustainability. This role offers a hybrid working approach.

Head of Assets responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for refurbishment projects consisting on high rise heat system replacements
  • Oversee the 5 year asset and investment plans
  • Build a strong stock condition service, assisting with the investment model.
