Multi Skilled Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Labourer

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Our clients are seeking dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and Labourers to work on exciting projects across the UK.

The Role

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance:

• Work on a variety of systems such as:
  • o Storm & Foul Water Systems
  • o Water Booster Systems
  • o Borehole Systems
  • o Water Treatment Systems
• Execute planned maintenance tasks, including:
  • o Inspecting system condition.
  • o Reporting faults and recommending improvements.
• Respond to system call-outs for reported failures.

Collaborative & Independent Work:

• Operate both independently and within a team to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Liaise with managers to ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies at all times.
• Lead by example and uphold company quality standards on-site and in the workshop.

Skills and Qalifications

• A willingness to learn and adapt to the role.
• Full UK driving licence, DBS Checks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• CSCS certification and confined space training (Desirable, this can be arranged if required).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with pipework materials such as PVC, MDPE, Cast Iron, and Copper (training can be provided).

Benefits

• Labourer Salary:
  • o £14.00 per hour 7-5pm ½ for lunch Mon - Fri
  • o Opportunities for overtime.
  • o Semi-skilled engineer / electrician: Advanced: Negotiable based on expertise
• Engineers Salary:
  • o Basic: £30,000–£34,000/year
  • o Upskilled: £34,000–£40,000/year
  • o Advanced: Negotiable based on expertise
